In 2004, Troy became the pastor of New Life Church. Under his leadership, while honoring its rich history, New Life has effectively navigated the changing paradigms of ministry and culture. The church has enjoyed increasing influence in the community through strategic partnerships as well as their own unique community outreaches. The facilities have expanded to accommodate the growing congregation and Renton Christian School, which serves South King County. To fully embrace the global nature and Christ’s mission for His church, their compassion and mission partnerships reach to every part of the world. New Life Church strives to be a community of believers that is Fully Devoted to Christ.
