NL KIDS
Family Action Plan

We are so excited to re-open Kidtown! We have been praying and actively planning on opening, anticipating seeing all of our families again. We have missed every one of you and cannot wait to have fun together!
We will have Kidtown (K – 3rd Grade), and Outpost 45 (4th – 5th Grade), open starting October 18th. Kids services will be at 9 AM, 10:30 AM, and 12 PM.
OUR CHECK-IN PLAN
Masks:
All leaders will be wearing masks. We ask all families and children entering the Kidtown building to wear masks.
Gloves:
Gloves will be worn by all leaders handling anything given to kids.
Temperature Checks:
Temperature checks will occur for all volunteers and kids entering Kidtown. All temperatures must be below 100.4 degrees.
Check-In:
We will be implementing a “no-contact” system to limit the surfaces that are touched. Our computer check-in stations will be reduced and manned by volunteers for the entirety of our Sunday services. We suggest arriving a few minutes early to help with the flow of traffic.
Social Distancing:
We will be utilizing our lobby area to create a line following social distancing guidelines. Please follow the correlating signage, allowing us to best serve you and your family at check-in.
Sanitation Stations:
We will have sanitation stations available throughout Kidtown.
OUR ENVIRONMENTAL PLAN
Drop-Off / Pick-Up Zone:
These zones will be at the doors of each environment, allowing us to limit the external contact. We will have volunteers checking kids in and out of each service.
Seating Arrangements:
We will have seating arrangements abiding by social distancing guidelines in each environment. Group seating is available for kids who come together from the same household / family.
Shared Materials:
We are limiting the amount of shared material between kids, discontinuing snacks and any handheld games. We will provide fun group activities that do not involve sharing materials and abide by social distancing guidelines.
Sanitization:
Each environment will be sanitized between services to ensure safety of all our kids, families, and volunteers.
