What is New Life Kids?
Every weekend, all children (babies through 6th grade) experience safe, age-appropriate environments where the Bible is taught in a creative, engaging, and relevant way. We believe church should be fun, God loves to hear kids laugh, and that active faith begins with children.
Your First Visit!
Look for one of our friendly hosts at any of our campuses, and we’ll help you get started. We will meet your family, check your child into our secure system, answer any questions, and direct your kids (and you) to their age-appropriate room.
We will ask for the following information: family members’ names, children’s names and birth dates, address, phone number, email address, and any special instructions (including allergies or kids with special abilities) for your child. This is to ensure their safety at all times, and to equip us to give them the best possible experience!
We use an online check-in system, that prints names and a #ID for each child and provides information to the childcare provider. Printed Check-In labels for kids must match the printed check-out labels provided by parents. This is for the safety of the of every child. We use the cell phone number provided during check in to communicate with you should your child need you during service.
New Life Kids has four unique environments, depending on the campus you attend. Our two primary environments are The Boardwalk (for babies through age 5) and KidTown (K-6th grade). Kids will get age-appropriate teaching, worship, and games that engage the heart and help them grow in their faith. At our Renton campus, two additional environments are provided for kindergarten age kids (The Park) and students heading into 5th and 6th grade (Route 56).
Every classroom teacher and Life Group leader is background-checked and trained for your child’s safety! Our teams are committed to providing the best possible experience to help make this the best hour of their week!
Every child goes home with a take-home paper designed for the whole family. Whether you’ve got a preschooler or a kindergartner, we encourage you to engage with your kids and do the activities together! Our goal is two-fold: that your kids have a great time, and that the whole family grows in their relationship with Jesus.
